Our WMW Dion Vineyard Chardonnay is a 3 barrel production of Oregon Chardonnay. The wine was aged in 2 neutral French oak barrels, and some stainless steel for 11 months. The results are a mineral driven Chardonnay with medium plus acid, and a lemon custard-like finish.
